Contact was made immediatly to me by phone and e-mail. A service agent agreed with a time and showed up within the specified time period. The gentleman was in a clean unifor, was very professional, curteous and most competent. He was not only able to fix my stove, but had sufficient equiptment in his truck to fix my ice machine. Within an hour my oven was ready to bake and I had ice for a cool drink. Excellent service call.

Julio was great! He was polite, considerate, knowledgeable, and efficient — in sum, a total professional. While on call for one appliance, I had him repair a second one. He had all the parts needed (and a filter accessory) on hand. I called Morris County Appliance yesterday afternoon, and now everything is fixed the next morning. I’m very pleased with the service I received.

Very Professional I had to have a recall performed on my dishwasher. The Maytag site offered 5 different companies I could called to repair this recall. After looking up the 5 companies on line for reviews the other 4 had nightmare stories. I read the review from VH from Denville and decided to go with Morris County Appliance. My experience was just as VH said. The tech actually arrived eariler than scheduled, was polite, considerate, knowlegeable and efficient. If I ever need an appliance repaired these are the people I would not hesitate to call.

These guys were great in providing me with same day service for my refrigerator repair. They saved the day as I had guests coming and could not be without a refrigerator! They fit me in their schedule, they had the part with them, and they completed the repair in less than 20 minutes. I would definitely use them again.
